Refund policy
I have a NO RETURN policy, excluding lost or damaged orders, meaning you can only receive a refund if your items were lost by the postal carrier, were damaged in transit, or the item has a defect I missed during inspection. In the event that you are being refunded for a lost, damaged, or defective item, you will not need to return the item to me.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards, sale items, or B-grade items discounted due to minor defects are not eligible for refunds.
